Northbuild holds extensive experience and specialises in a broad spectrum of sectors including Healthcare, Aged Care, Education, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Government and Tourism.

Northbuild was founded in 1988 by Paul Boddington and now with 40 years of experience in the construction industry behind him Paul is now Managing Director and Chairman of this 100% privately owned company that he built from the ground up.

Whilst Northbuild’s head office is based in Brisbane, the company has expanded its reach and breadth of service to include five office locations across Queensland including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns and most recently Toowoomba. Northbuild now boasts more than 100 staff members and delivers an annual turnover in excess of $180 million.

In 2005, a Board of Directors was appointed to lead Northbuild and the development of the business. The wealth of experience that the members of the board bought to the company has driven Northbuild to even higher success and seen the company’s capabilities and expertise evolve significantly.
