Managing Director
 
Paul has in excess of 32 years of building and Civil Engineering experience in both Australia and overseas. Paul founded Northbuild in 1989 and has built the company from the ground up. With his extensive management skills and intuitive selection of experienced team members, the company is now a major player in the Queensland construction industry. Paul is a “hands on” Managing Director and personally ensures the successful delivery of every project undertaken.  Paul also presides on Northbuild's Board of Directors.
 
 David Nelson

David's career in the construction industry has flourished since his first position as a Contracts Administrator in 1974. His experience and flair for the industry grew and he quickly found himself climbing the industry ladder and finding an interest in Design and Construct projects, working on projects in excess of $90 million, but again promptly promoted into Higher Management and Directorial positions. More recently in his career, David has been responsible for acquisitions, feasibility studies, annual budgeting, as well as overseeing business operations, development and growth, seeing him appointed to the position of Northbuild's General Manager in mid 2010, where David has continued to demonstrate his management strengths and assisted in driving the company to even greater success.
 
 Andrew Corrigan

Andrew has achieved many qualifications, but his career has been driven by his passion for Engineering. His engineering works have seen him consulting to companies in Canberra, Sydney, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and Hong Kong. In his career, Andrew has gained further experience as a design engineer for consulting groups and as a General Manager in property development and asset management.  As Commercial Manager for Northbuild, Andrew successfully oversees the delivery of all Design and Construct projects for the company.
 
 Graham Boddington

General Manager Regional Queensland
 
Graham began his successful career as a qualified Carpenter and quite quickly advanced to the position of General Foreman, through which he developed a thorough understanding of the core business and construction principles and a passion for the industry.  Graham went on to compliment his knowledge base with a Bachelor of Construction Management which saw him commence work at Northbuild in 1993, as a second Generation Boddington family member. Graham has worked in all facets of the family business including Accounts, Estimating, Safety, as well as construction roles onsite, all of which have guided him into his current role as General Manager of Regional Queensland. Graham has been responsible for locally establishing and managing the Sunshine Coast and Cairns regional offices over a period of 3 years from 2008-2010, which has not only afforded him the ability to assist with the establishment and growth of the new Toowoomba office but also provided him with the utmost knowledge and expertise to operate and manage Northbuild's construction operations in regional Queensland.
 
 Adrian Anderson

Chief Financial Officer
 
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce and developed an early understanding of the financial requirements of the construction business through accountancy roles in the industry. Adrian has extensive experience and has developed accounting frameworks, controls, reporting requirements and implemented a new administration system during company growth periods. Adrian joined Northbuild in 2006 and has successfully managed the finances for the growth of the company to an annual turnover of $150 million. Adrian is the head of the finance team and is a valued member of the Board of Directors.
