Northbuild Construction is a company that understands the requirements of a building owner or building user. Once we have handed over a completed building, we are still with you for the performance of the building.

This web site allows a log in to a particular building by the owner or manager or someone provided with the log-in details. The status of defects and building maintenance can be seen. New items can be reported. Manuals, warranties and final drawings can be accessed.

Northbuild offers this service on projects that we have constructed – both in terms of defects under the building contract as well as a contract maintenance service afterwards.

Northbuild has a Facilities Maintenance Division which is headed up by – Mark Harris. Mark has 37 years experience in the building industry.
