Paul Boddington, Director Northbuild

Paul Boddington

Managing Director

Paul has almost 40 years of building and Civil Engineering experience in both Australia and overseas.

He was the founder of Northbuild, and with his extensive management skills and intuitive selection of experienced team members, the company is now a major player in the Queensland construction industry.

Paul is a “hands on” Managing Director and personally ensures the successful delivery of every project undertaken.

Paul currently resides in Lae, PNG, but regularly visits our Queensland operations. He is always available to talk with you at any time.

Andrew Corrigan - Director Northbuild

Andrew Corrigan


Andrew has many qualifications, but his career has been driven by his passion for Engineering. He has consulted in engineering to companies in Canberra, Sydney, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and Hong Kong.

In his career, Andrew has gained further experience as a design engineer for consulting groups and as a General Manager in property development and asset management.

Like all of our Director, Andrew always makes himself available to talk to any client on any matter.

Graham Boddington - General Manager, Northbuild

Graham began his career as a carpenter, and quickly advanced to the position of General Foreman. This enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of the construction business and construction principles and also find a passion for the industry. Graham also has a Bachelor of Construction Management.

Graham started at Northbuild in 1993, as a second Generation Boddington. He has worked in all facets of the family business including Accounts, Estimating, Safety, as well as construction roles onsite, all of which have guided him into his current role as General Manager.

Having lived and worked in Cairns, and on the Sunshine Coast, and travelling extensively throughout outback Queensland, Graham has a deep understanding of the construction challenges in remote and regional Queensland.

Graham and his family now live in Port Moresby but he travels regularly to Queensland to oversee the business there.

Mark Hammill - Qld General Manager Northbuild

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, in both the private and public sectors in the UK and Australia. Under his leadership, Northbuild has completed range of award-winning construction projects throughout Queensland.

A Quantity Surveyor by trade, Mark has worked his way up the chain in Northbuild through his attention to detail and solutions-oriented approach.

He is highly qualified in consultancy, main contracting and subcontracting, and is therefore able to assess challenges from all aspects.

Andrew Civil - Northbuild Western Region Manager Toowoomba

Andrew has had over 35 years in the construction industry, working on a range of commercial, residential, public and private projects. His experience include various delivery methods including design and construct, construct only, negotiated, and project and construction management.

Located in Toowoomba, Andrew is the Western Region Manager for Northbuild. Since he opened the Toowoomba office we have won multiple Queensland Master Builders Awards for Regional Queensland projects, inlcuding:
