Brisbane Prestige

Client:  Brisbane Prestige

Architect:

From very humble beginnings, Brisbane Prestige was transformed into a magnificent, high end motor vehicle showroom.

Starting with only an old, dilapidated warehouse, Northbuild carefully removed the majority of internal walls and wall cladding to south and east facades,  roller doors, glazing, block work, redundant electrical wiring &fittings, redundant plumbing fixtures and fittings, and parapet framing.  Where load bearing walls were required to be removed temporary propping was undertaken to allow the necessary structural alterations to create the extraordinary features of the showroom.

The internal fit out included new amenities, new reception, two lunchrooms, partitioning for sixteen offices, and an impressive 800 x 800 high gloss tiled feature showroom flooring.  The east and south facades were replaced with a brilliant glazed shopfront, parapet structure, metal wall cladding, and an aluminium angle feature.

New vehicle service & wash bays were created within the building with natural lighting from the new clerestory roof. The external grounds were also refurbished to accommodate the used car display section and visitor parking, adding the final finishing touches to this prestigious complex.
