A mixed-use development comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom high quality residential apartments over 4 levels, 5 ground floor retail tenancies and a basement carpark.
A flagship development with strong attention to detail and high-end finishes including 2pac kitchens, selected stone worktops, built in 2pac storage cupboards, acoustic linings in all foyers, and natural stone tiles for the entrance lobby.
Challenges overcome during construction:
- Excavation in rock for the basement carpark.
- Close proximity to the ocean and the associated prevailing weather conditions.
- Close proximity of surrounding properties, local and state infrastructure.
- Building footprint took up entire site so crane was erected in the lift shaft as there was no space.
We were happy with the interaction from Northbuild during all stages of construction, and have no hesitation in granting them the opportunity to bid on further projects for us.
