Graham began his career as a carpenter, and quickly advanced to the position of General Foreman. This enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of the construction business and construction principles and also find a passion for the industry. Graham also has a Bachelor of Construction Management.
Graham started at Northbuild in 1993, as a second Generation Boddington. He has worked in all facets of the family business including Accounts, Estimating, Safety, as well as construction roles onsite, all of which have guided him into his current role as Managing Director.
Allen has over 40 years experience in the construction industry having been involved with a wide range of commercial projects. His experience ranges from site supervision and site safety management to the development and implementation of safety and quality management systems across all of Northbuild’s projects.
He also has formal qualifications and experience in all aspects of asbestos removal and management, including supervising all classes of removal, conducting assessments, and issuing final clearances.
Andrew has had over 35 years in the construction industry, working on a range of commercial, residential, public and private projects. His experience include various delivery methods including design and construct, construct only, negotiated, and project and construction management.
Located in Toowoomba, Andrew is the Western Region Manager for Northbuild. Since he opened the Toowoomba office we have won multiple Queensland Master Builders Awards for Regional Queensland projects.
